Terms of Use

By downloading or using Peptide Glam (the “app”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app. These Terms are an agreement between you and Peptide Glam.

Peptide Glam is a personal record-keeping and educational reference tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or dosing instructions, and it does not sell, supply, source, or recommend any substance. Any information in the app — including research references, calculators, and pattern insights — is for general educational and record-keeping purposes only.

You must be 18 years of age or older to use the app, and you confirm that you are when you create an account.

You agree to use the app only for your own lawful, personal record-keeping. You will not misuse the service, attempt to access other users’ data, reverse-engineer or disrupt the app, or use it in violation of any applicable law. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you choose to log.

You are solely responsible for any decisions you make. Substances you choose to record may be research-only or require a prescription, and laws vary by location. Always consult a licensed healthcare professional before making any health decision. You use the app entirely at your own risk.

Peptide Glam offers an auto-renewing subscription that may include a free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings. Final pricing and trial terms are shown in the app before you subscribe.

The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any insight or calculation is accurate or suitable for your circumstances.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peptide Glam and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of — or inability to use — the app, including any health-related decision you make. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim.

You may stop using the app and delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or as required to protect the service or comply with law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with a new “last updated” date, and continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
