Vial amount ÷ water volume. The mg in the vial spread across the mL you added — shown in mg/mL and mcg/mL.
Draw volume
Desired dose ÷ concentration. The volume in mL that contains exactly the dose you entered.
Syringe units
Draw volume × 100. U-100 insulin syringes are calibrated so 100 units = 1 mL, so 1 unit = 0.01 mL.
