Privacy Policy

Peptide Glam is a private, personal tracking tool. We treat the information you log — protocols, doses, wellness check-ins, vial inventory, notes, and photos — as sensitive health data. We do not sell or share your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

This marketing website does not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies, and it does not build a profile of you. If you join the waitlist, we collect only the email address you submit, and we use it solely to send you a single notice when the app launches. The sections below describe the Peptide Glam iOS app.

Account information from Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google (a unique identifier, and the name and email address you choose to share); the data you choose to log in the app (protocols, doses, wellness check-ins, vial inventory, body metrics, notes, and progress photos); your subscription status; and basic technical and diagnostic data needed to operate and secure the service. We do not collect a password — sign in is handled by Apple or Google.

We use your data only to provide the app’s features (storing and displaying your records, generating pattern insights from your own logs, sending the reminders you enable, and managing your subscription) and to keep the service secure and reliable. We never sell or share your data, and we never use it for advertising.

Progress photos you choose to add are stored privately as part of your account and are only ever shown back to you. They are served over an authenticated, private URL — not publicly accessible — and are permanently removed when you delete the photo or your account.

We rely on a small number of trusted processors to run the app: Convex (encrypted data storage and backend), Apple and Google (authentication), Apple and RevenueCat (subscription processing — we never see your card details), and Sentry (crash and error diagnostics). Each processes data only to provide its service to us.

Pattern insights are generated from statistics derived from your own logged data. These insights are observations of your records only and are never medical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or dosing instructions.

Our infrastructure and service providers are based in the United States, so your data is processed and stored there. If you use the app from outside the U.S., you consent to this transfer. We apply the same protections regardless of where you are located.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, your records, photos, and authentication identifiers are permanently removed from our systems. Deletion is immediate and irreversible. If you entered a creator referral code, the financial commission records tied to that referral may be retained in anonymized form for accounting and tax purposes, with all identifiers that link them to you removed.

You can export your full data as JSON and permanently delete your account and all associated data from within the app at any time. For any privacy request, contact support@peptideglam.com.

Peptide Glam is intended only for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children, and you must confirm you are 18 or older to use the app.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with a new “last updated” date, and where appropriate we will notify you in the app.
