Affiliate Program Terms

Participation is by application and approval. We may approve or decline any application at our discretion, and we may suspend or remove any affiliate at any time. Approved affiliates receive a unique referral code and a private dashboard access key, which are personal to you and must not be shared.

You may promote only the Peptide Glam app and its subscription. This Program is not for selling or sourcing peptides, compounds, or any related products. You must not present the app as providing medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or dosing. Promoting sourcing/vendors, or making medical claims, is grounds for immediate removal and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you earn 20% of each payment made by a subscriber who signs up using your code and starts a paid subscription after their free trial. Commission is recurring: you earn 20% of the initial paid charge and of each subsequent renewal, for as long as that subscription remains active and paid. Commission is calculated on the price the customer pays for each charge. Free trials that do not convert to a paid subscription, refunded payments, and chargebacks do not qualify and may be clawed back from unpaid balances. We determine qualified payments using our payment provider’s records, and we may change the commission rate prospectively with notice.

Qualified conversions are paid the month after they convert (for example, a January conversion is paid in February), via the payout method on your account (PayPal). You are responsible for providing accurate payout details and for any taxes on amounts you receive. We may set a minimum payout threshold and hold or reverse amounts associated with suspected fraud, refunds, or policy violations.

You must clearly and conspicuously disclose your affiliate relationship wherever you share your link or code, in line with the U.S. FTC Endorsement Guides (and any equivalent rules in your jurisdiction). You must not use spam, misleading claims, trademark bidding, cookie-stuffing, self-referrals, or any deceptive or unlawful practices.

We may modify the Program, commission rates, or these terms at any time, with notice via the dashboard or email. Either party may end participation at any time. Sections relating to disclosure, clawbacks, and liability survive termination.
